Our client population includes parents adjusting to their life with a newborn as well as children with special needs. We believe that having a supportive, caring, knowledgeable person in your home can positively impact post-partum recovery and strengthen the parent-child bond. At a time that is rewarding but stressful, a reliable extra set of hands can make all the difference.
We at PNCS are a group of individuals, carefully selected and trained to support clients through different ages and developmental stages. We understand every child is unique and can thrive in a positive environment when individualized supports are available. We believe in family-centered care to help build capacity, focusing on encouraging children to reach their full potential. Our caregivers have extensive childcare experience, a police background clearance, and are first aid certified.
